Ferreira \u00e9 agora acusado de espalhar not\u00edcias falsas e difamar o ex-presidente da C\u00e2mara de Belo Horizonte, Fuad Noman, a decis\u00e3o partiu de Marcos Ant\u00f3nio da Silva. Al\u00e9m de Nikolas, tamb\u00e9m tr\u00eas membros do PL foram considerados culpados e indiciados: o vereador Bruno Angler, a vereadora Delegada Sheila e a vice-prefeita Claudia R\u00f3mulo, que, supostamente, caluniaram a prefeitura de Belo Horizonte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico pede a suspens\u00e3o dos direitos pol\u00edticos dos quatro e o pagamento de uma indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais. A disputa diz respeito \u00e0 campanha eleitoral de Fouad Noman na cidade, que venceu as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2024, mas faleceu v\u00edtima de cancro em mar\u00e7o deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikolas brincou com a decis\u00e3o do tribunal: &#8220;Dev\u00edamos ter destru\u00eddo ou assaltado o Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS).
