Esta declara\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 inclu\u00edda na decis\u00e3o tomada por Moraes ap\u00f3s avaliar o recurso por n\u00e3o cumprimento de ordens judiciais que pro\u00edbem direta ou indiretamente Bolsonaro de usar redes sociais ou autorizar entrevistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele disse que n\u00e3o havia base para mudar as medidas preventivas impostas \u00e0 pris\u00e3o preventiva, e o ministro ainda afirmou&nbsp; que, novamente, no caso dos infratores, as medidas preventivas ser\u00e3o imediatamente convertidas em pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA atua\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada entre Jair Messias Bolsonaro, seu filho Eduardo Bolsonaro, para intimidar autoridades brasileiras e obstruir o curso da a\u00e7\u00e3o penal em refer\u00eancia, \u00e9 ainda verificada em an\u00fancio recente de que \u2018haver\u00e1 severas san\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras\u2019 contra o Ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal Alexandre de Moraes.\u201d Este \u00e9 um trecho citado pelo ministro na decis\u00e3o \u2014 faz parte da fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em particular, depois de perder a elei\u00e7\u00e3o de 2022, Jair Bolsonaro est\u00e1 sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do STF por suspeita de envolvimento em uma tentativa de golpe. Este tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 o assunto da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo o seguinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A estrutura nacional \u00e9 abusada para caluniar o sistema eleitoral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participa\u00e7\u00e3o ou incentivo a um golpe (por exemplo, 8 de janeiro de 2023)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Esfor\u00e7os para obter apoio internacional para pressionar as institui\u00e7\u00f5es brasileiras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 baseada em um relat\u00f3rio de Alexandre de Moraes, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 presidente do Supremo Tribunal Eleitoral (TSE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em julho de 2025, Alexandre de Moraes decidiu tomar medidas preventivas contra Bolsonaro a pedido da Procuradoria-Geral. As contramedidas incluem o seguinte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entrega do passaporte &#8211; Bolsonaro est\u00e1 proibido de sair do pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nenhum contato com outras pessoas sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vigil\u00e2ncia de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; especialmente depois que uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica \u00e9 considerada uma amea\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bloqueio redes sociais ou postagens espec\u00edficas (investiga\u00e7\u00e3o precoce).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As principais justificativas s\u00e3o a possibilidade de obstru\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a, a amea\u00e7a das autoridades e o risco de fuga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O advogado de Bolsonaro afirma que o ex-chefe do executivo est\u00e1 sendo alvo de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e desafia a legalidade da a\u00e7\u00e3o.
