{"id":7378,"date":"2025-07-08T12:52:21","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T15:52:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsofthelight.com.br\/?p=7378"},"modified":"2025-07-08T12:52:21","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T15:52:21","slug":"alexandre-de-moraes-e-intimado-novamente-pela-justica-americana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsofthelight.com.br\/?p=7378","title":{"rendered":"Alexandre de Moraes \u00e9 intimado novamente pela justi\u00e7a americana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Foto: Rosinei Coutinho\/SCO\/STF<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ministro&nbsp; da Suprema Corte (STF) Alexandre de Moraes foi intimado pelo Departamento de Justi\u00e7a dos EUA e deu-lhe um per\u00edodo de 21 dias para fornecer uma resposta oficial ao processo movido contra ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A convoca\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu na segunda-feira (7) e faz parte do processo aberto por duas empresas norte-americanas: Video Platform, Rumble: Trump Media, grupo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do presidente Donald Trump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As empresas afirmam que Mores praticou a censura ordenando o bloqueio das contas da Pertis dos EUA nas redes sociais, o que eles acreditam violar a Primeira Emenda da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos EUA, uma ferramenta que garante a liberdade de express\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por exemplo, Rumble decidiu ser suspenso em fevereiro deste ano, alegando que a empresa n\u00e3o cumpriu a decis\u00e3o do tribunal internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m dessas acusa\u00e7\u00f5es, a empresa tamb\u00e9m exigiu que as decis\u00f5es do Departamento de Justi\u00e7a dos EUA e do Secret\u00e1rio de Estado brasileiro n\u00e3o afetassem o territ\u00f3rio dos EUA. Ap\u00f3s o aviso oficial, Moraes pode fazer uma defesa, se opor ao procedimento ou exigir a extin\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A intima\u00e7\u00e3o explica claramente as consequ\u00eancias do sil\u00eancio. Se n\u00e3o for declarado dentro do per\u00edodo estatut\u00e1rio, o tribunal pode seguir o procedimento e tomar uma decis\u00e3o \u00e0 revelia, e o ministro pode ser respons\u00e1vel pelos danos reivindicados pela empresa.
