Na tarde de ter\u00e7a-feira (10), a Suprema Corte recorreu a uma pergunta ao r\u00e9u, o “resumo principal” dos casos criminais investigados no golpe de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro \u00e9 o sexto a depor. Ele foi apontado pelo Gabinete do Procurador-Geral (PGR) como parte importante de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa que trabalha pela separa\u00e7\u00e3o da democracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando perguntado por Alexandre de Moraes sobre sua reclama\u00e7\u00e3o de que o ministro pagaria pela elei\u00e7\u00e3o, Bolsonaro pediu desculpas e disse que n\u00e3o havia provas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cQuais eram os sinais de que estava levando 50 ou 30 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares?\u201d Moraes perguntou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cN\u00e3o h\u00e1 provas, Ministro. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de gravar a reuni\u00e3o de ret\u00f3rica do Flash que eu uso. Se houver mais tr\u00eas pessoas, direi a mesma coisa. Ent\u00e3o eu sinto muito. N\u00e3o vou culpar voc\u00eas tr\u00eas por fazerem algo errado”, respondeu Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depois de chegar \u00e0 audi\u00eancia completa de primeiro n\u00edvel esta manh\u00e3, Bolsonaro disse que poderia “falar por horas se pudesse ser “convencido”” durante o interrogat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uma hora antes do interrogat\u00f3rio, Moraes rejeitou o pedido do ex-presidente para mostrar um v\u00eddeo durante o interrogat\u00f3rio sobre o suposto plano de golpe. Segundo o ministro, os advogados podem participar do v\u00eddeo da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por outro lado, quando chegou \u00e0 reuni\u00e3o esta tarde, Bolsonaro disse: \u201cEu n\u00e3o recebi nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
