A Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) requereu ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) um inqu\u00e9rito contra o procurador federal Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP). Segundo a Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica, entre os motivos do pedido do organismo est\u00e1 o fato de as a\u00e7\u00f5es tomadas pelas Unidades Estaduais poderem indicar uma tentativa de intimidar as autoridades p\u00fablicas brasileiras e interferir em processos judiciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No pedido, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico menciona publica\u00e7\u00f5es de Eduardo Bolsonaro a especialistas sociais e declara\u00e7\u00f5es a mitjans estrangeiros como prova de alega\u00e7\u00f5es de coa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte de um funcion\u00e1rio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“As declara\u00e7\u00f5es dos procuradores a representantes p\u00fablicos, investigadores, procuradores e ju\u00edzes de processos criminais s\u00e3o claramente amea\u00e7adoras e visam a pr\u00e1tica de atos il\u00edcitos que Eduardo Bolsonaro parece acreditar que possam levar \u00e0 sua condena\u00e7\u00e3o”, afirmou a Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica, que pediu ainda uma audi\u00eancia contra o ex-Presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noutra passagem, o organismo afirmou que “as provas levam a crer que o pedido de san\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais contra membros do poder judicial tem o objetivo de obstruir o curso normal dos processos criminais, incluindo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es criminais, contra Jair Bolsonaro e seus associados”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eduardo Bolsonaro est\u00e1 nos Estados Unidos desde o final de fevereiro. Em mar\u00e7o deste ano, anunciou oficialmente que n\u00e3o se iria candidatar ao parlamento.
