O caso teve in\u00edcio em 2021, quando a autora do processo participou de uma transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo junto com os parlamentares. Durante a live, os convidados debateram o tema \u201cidentidade de g\u00eanero\u201d, mas a mulher trans n\u00e3o aceitou os conceitos biol\u00f3gicos defendidos pelos pol\u00edticos e se sentiu ofendida por n\u00e3o ser chamada pelo pronome feminino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Justi\u00e7a, no entanto, considerou que n\u00e3o houve pr\u00e1tica de transfobia por parte dos pol\u00edticos.
